Mindfulness Course
This is a 6-week LIVE course that consists of weekly 1.5-hour online sessions. All sessions and practices are led by me. The entire course is based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction principles developed by the great Jon Kabat Zinn. These are considered the “gold standard’ principles of mindfulness that have been successfully used by people from all across the world.
This program not only teaches leaders and professionals like yourself the importance, value, and amazing benefits that mindfulness can have in one’s life, but it also integrates the vital component of compassion as well.
This course will allow you to stand-back in your own awareness and the way you not only respond and react to the outside world (your physical reality), but also your internal world (your own thoughts).
You’ll find that being ok with the present is not only a gift, but that it also opens doors to a more powerful and effective way to be a transformative leader (and a better person) at the same time.
