Menopause is still a taboo and something many women struggle through unsupported and in silence and often doubting their sanity.
This workshop aims to empower you through offering clarity of knowledge, connection, sharing of wisdom and soul nourishment.
And most importantly giving a voice to our individual and collective knowing and concerns – this shared experience will help us navigate this time of physical and emotional change in a safe and supported way.
What to expect:
At this event registered nutritionist and teacher Nicola Cantley-Reverter and mindfulness, yoga and women circle facilitator Munira van der Zijl will be create a space for an informative event and important conversation.
What we will cover:
Although this is a highly informative talk we will be offering it in a relatively informal way to allow for a unique and personal experience to arise. The workshop will include a mini cacao meditation, gentle yoga flow and pranayama (breath work) and specific poses to support the menopause and guided yoga nidra. A light nutritious lunch, snacks and drinks will also be provided.
